Creative Process

We executed a complete rebrand of Kindred Kares and built them a customized web application that allows their customers to book rides in medically-equipped vehicles on their website
We gave Kindred Kares’s mission of serving patients a place to live online by thoughtfully redefining their digital identity

Company management went from taking ride orders by phone to allowing their customers to feel confident booking rides to medical facilities online

Original Design 

We designed original logos, web pages, color palettes and branding guidelines so Kindred Kares could create a trustworthy brand that looks great on all devices

Admin Dashboard

We built an internal administrative dashboard that management can use to track rides, payments, and customer information

Responsive Web App

We built a fully customized web application that allowed customers to book a ride to medical facilities on their phone, desktop, or tablet

Customer Service

We spoke with the Kindred Kares founders weekly at each step of the project to make sure their vision for an interactive web app came to life seamlessly

Branding & Design

We defined the Kindred Kares brand by telling their story, highlighting their founding team, and thoughtfully crafting customized design assets from scratch

User Interface Design

We made the ride-booking process intuitive, secure, and hassle-free, even for older and less tech-savvy users

We put our software engineering skills to work to build out an organized database infrastructure that keeps company and user data secure

Payment Processing
